- Rescuer Onboarding Data: Driver’s license, vehicle and insurance details, certifications, background checks, tax info.
- Communications & UGC: SMS, in-app chat, emails, reviews, photos, ratings, and support tickets.
- Optional Information: Promotions, referral details, surveys.
4. How We Use Information
We use data to:
- Provide and improve the Service and match customers with rescuers.
- Verify rescuer eligibility and compliance.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Send transactional communications (confirmations, receipts, alerts).
- Send marketing communications (with consent where required).

5. Text Messages, TCPA Consent, and 10DLC
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS from Road Rescue Network for account and service updates.
- Transactional texts: job status, receipts, safety alerts (cannot be opted out).
- Marketing texts: only with prior opt-in consent.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP for marketing; HELP for assistance.
- Standard message/data rates apply.
We comply with TCPA, FCC rules, and A2P/10DLC carrier requirements.

- Transactions: Retained at least 7 years (tax/legal).
- Safety/Fraud Records: Retained as needed, even after closure.
- Deletion Requests: We delete or de-identify data within ~90 days unless retention is legally required.

We maintain technical, administrative, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and incident response procedures. However, no system is 100% secure.

Our Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
