Our Responsibility

Sustainability Commitment

Road Rescue Network is committed to reducing environmental impact and building a platform that supports efficient, eco-friendly roadside assistance solutions.

Our Commitment

Every rescue, every repair, and every trip has an impact. At Road Rescue Network, we are committed to making that impact a positive one. Our goal is to transform roadside assistance into a more sustainable service for customers, rescuers, and communities across the country.

The path forward includes:

  • Transitioning our network to hybrid and electric service vehicles
  • Encouraging eco-friendly tools and practices among rescuers
  • Supporting sustainable packaging and supply practices for parts and equipment
  • Partnering with organizations that share our commitment to climate action

We know this transition will take time and effort, but we are committed to leading the change in roadside assistance.

Milestones and Goals

2025 Goals

  • Begin pilot programs for electric and hybrid rescue vehicles in major cities
  • 25% of roadside rescues supported by low- or zero-emission vehicles in select markets
  • Reduce unnecessary plastic and packaging waste from replacement parts and supplies

2030 Goals

  • 60% of rescues completed by low- or zero-emission vehicles
  • Partner with suppliers that provide recyclable, reusable, or compostable packaging for tools and parts
  • Ensure all RRN facilities and offices use 100% renewable energy

2040 Goal

  • Achieve 100% zero-emission roadside assistance across the Road Rescue Network platform

Offering More Green Options

  • Eco-Rescues: Customers will be able to request eco-friendly assistance where available, prioritizing rescuers using hybrid or EVs.
  • Shared Services: Expanding towing and transport partnerships that allow for combined trips, reducing total emissions.
  • Sustainable Tools: Encouraging rescuers to adopt energy-efficient tools and equipment.

Helping Rescuers Transition

Rescuers are at the core of our platform. To support them in going green, we are developing programs to:

  • Provide access to discounted hybrid and electric vehicles
  • Offer resources for charging infrastructure and maintenance
  • Connect rescuers with grants, rebates, and incentives to lower the cost of switching to zero-emission vehicles

Partnering to Fight Climate Change

We are working to collaborate with environmental groups, vehicle manufacturers, charging networks, and sustainable suppliers to accelerate the shift to a cleaner future. Together, we will help rescuers adopt eco-friendly vehicles and provide customers with greener roadside options.

Accountability and Progress

We will publish updates on our sustainability progress, share impact reports, and hold ourselves accountable through recognized standards and partnerships.

Every Rescue Can Make a Difference

Choosing Road Rescue Network means choosing a company that’s serious about sustainability. Together, we can reduce emissions, minimize waste, and make roadside assistance better for both people and the planet.
