3. SMS/Text Messaging Policy

  • Promotional Messages (only if opted-in): Updates, offers, or surveys from RRN.

Message Frequency: Varies based on your activity but typically ranges from 1–5 messages per service request.

Message and Data Rates May Apply: Standard carrier charges apply. RRN is not responsible for these charges.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any RRN text message. Reply HELP for support.

Consent: Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Platform: RRN uses RingCentral to deliver SMS communications. RingCentral may store and process message content solely to ensure delivery and compliance with carrier requirements.
