Firearms Prohibition Policy

For the safety of all customers and rescuers, Road Rescue Network strictly prohibits the possession of firearms or weapons while using the platform.

1. POLICY STATEMENT

Road Rescue Network’s mission is to provide safe, reliable roadside assistance for everyone. To protect both customers and rescuers, we prohibit firearms and other dangerous weapons during any interaction on the Road Rescue Network platform.

2. WHO THIS APPLIES TO

This prohibition applies to:

  • Customers requesting or receiving assistance
  • Rescuers providing services through the platform
  • Any guests or passengers present during a service request

3. PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are not permitted while using Road Rescue Network:

  • Firearms of any kind (handguns, rifles, shotguns, etc.)
  • Imitation or replica firearms
  • Ammunition
  • Explosives or hazardous materials
  • Other dangerous weapons that could threaten safety

4. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

Any person found to be in violation of this policy may:

  • Lose access to the Road Rescue Network platform permanently
  • Be reported to law enforcement where required by law or safety concerns

5. LEGAL DISCLAIMER

This policy applies to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where local or state laws provide stricter firearm prohibitions, those laws apply in addition to this policy.
