Road Rescue Network is committed to fair, safe, and equal service. This policy prohibits discrimination by rescuers or customers based on protected characteristics.
1. OUR COMMITMENT
Road Rescue Network is dedicated to providing inclusive, reliable, and high-quality roadside assistance services to everyone. Discrimination of any kind undermines our mission and will not be tolerated on the platform.

Rescuers and customers may not refuse service, cancel requests, treat someone unfairly, or provide lower ratings based on:

- Age
- Disability or use of assistive devices
- Gender, gender identity, or expression
- Marital or family status
- Pregnancy

- Any other characteristic protected under applicable law
3. DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS
Discrimination on the basis of disability may include refusing to assist a customer using a wheelchair, mobility aid, or service animal, where required by law. Rescuers are expected to follow all applicable disability and accessibility laws when providing service.
4. GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
Rescuers may choose which jobs to accept based on distance, workload, or personal scheduling needs. However, intentionally refusing or canceling requests solely to avoid neighborhoods because of the protected characteristics of people or businesses in that area is strictly prohibited.
5. ENFORCEMENT
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Investigation by Road Rescue Network
- Temporary suspension of platform access
- Permanent removal from the Road Rescue Network platform
In some jurisdictions, laws may require services tailored to or provided for the benefit of a specific group of people. Services delivered in compliance with such laws, and with relevant terms of Road Rescue Network, are not considered discriminatory under this policy.
6. REPORTING DISCRIMINATION
Customers and rescuers who believe they have experienced discrimination on the platform should report it immediately to [email protected]. Road Rescue Network will investigate reports promptly and take appropriate action.
