About · Road Rescue Network

We're rebuilding how America's trucks get rescued.

Road Rescue Network is the operating system for roadside rescue. One connected platform for motorists, fleet customers, and the verified operators who do the work. Built by operators. Designed for every mile of highway in America.

Our mission

Make breakdown downtime measurable, accountable, and minutes-short for every vehicle, every fleet, and every operator on every mile of road in America.

Every year, American fleets lose billions of dollars and millions of hours to breakdown downtime that shouldn't be this hard to solve. A truck stops. A driver calls HQ. HQ calls three yards. Someone eventually shows up. An invoice eventually arrives. Nothing is tracked. Nothing compounds into insight. The next breakdown plays out the same way.

We think that's a terrible way to run the country's supply chain. We're replacing it with a platform that routes the right operator to the right breakdown in minutes, captures every step of the job in structured data, settles payment without an email chain, and builds a record that makes every future breakdown cheaper and faster to solve.

The outcome we're optimizing for is simple: fewer dollars lost to downtime, more jobs earned by the operators who actually show up, and a standard of accountability that the roadside industry has never had.

The story

Founded by an operator who ran the calls.

Road Rescue Network was founded by a towing operator with 27 years in the industry, starting behind the wheel of a tow truck at 17. Decades of running calls, managing drivers, and dealing with fleets revealed the same gap in every corner of the business: no standardized, connected system for coordinating the country's roadside work.

Every operator was running their own patched-together stack of phone lists, whiteboards, and lead subscriptions. Every fleet was paying three or four separate services that didn't talk to each other. Every motorist was rolling the dice on whoever their insurance happened to dispatch. The result was an industry running on phone calls and guesswork, in a market where every minute of downtime costs real money.

The platform was built to replace that stack. One verified directory for motorists and fleets. One operating system for operators. One connected network that compounds trust into rank, rank into revenue, and revenue into better service.

The standard has stayed the same since day one: every feature in the platform has to pay rent. If an operator or fleet can't point to the dollar it earned them or the hour it saved them, it doesn't ship.

What we believe

Six principles that run the company.

01

Built by operators, for operators.

Every module, every workflow, every design decision is grounded in a real problem from a real truck on a real road. We don't ship features that sound impressive in a demo but waste your time in the yard.

02

The Verified badge earns itself.

Insurance, DOT standing, business registration, service-area documentation. No self-reporting without proof. Verification is ongoing. Poor ratings and missed dispatches drop operators in rank, and in some cases remove them from the network.

03

Customers own their data.

If anyone ever leaves the platform, they walk with everything: customers, invoices, reviews, service history. Full export in CSV or JSON. No hostage data. No retention clauses. We earn the business every month by being useful, not by locking anyone in.

04

Transparent fees. Operators set their own rates.

Every operator on the network sets the rate they charge their customer. The platform charges a flat dispatch fee per completed job plus optional subscriptions for software tools operators choose to use. No hidden markups on customer rates, no surprise cuts on operator revenue. Line items are clear on every job.

05

Free access for customers and fleets.

Searching the directory is free. Calling operators is free. Creating a fleet business account is free. The platform has to earn its keep with operators through real value, not by gating motorists and fleets behind a paywall they never asked for.

06

Built for the long road.

Month-to-month contracts. No annual commits. No cancellation fees. If the platform stops paying for itself for any side of the market, we want to know, and we want to fix it, not bury it under a retention clause.

About Road Rescue Network

Answers to what people ask us most.

Three things at once. We run a verified directory of towing, mobile repair, and roadside rescue operators across the country. We operate a dispatch platform that routes customer service requests to the nearest qualified operator. And we provide the operating software (CRM, dispatch app, fleet portal) that the operators and their customers use to run jobs end to end. One connected system.

Headquartered in the United States with operations across all 48 contiguous states. Our network of verified operators spans 106,000+ cities and towns. Corporate customer-success and engineering teams operate remotely, with regional ops support embedded in major corridors.

Because roadside rescue was the last major American industry running on phone calls and whiteboards. No unified directory, no shared dispatch layer, no end-to-end tracking, no standardized verification. Fleets were bleeding money on stacks of disconnected tools. Operators were invisible to the customers searching for them. Every breakdown was an avoidable headache. We built the platform to fix both sides of the industry at once.

A flat dispatch fee per completed job is how the platform earns on service volume. On top of that, operators can subscribe month-to-month to software modules (CRM, dispatch app, fleet management, bidding). Operators set their own service rates, we don't mark up what they charge customers, and we don't sell leads. Fleet and customer accounts are free.

A growing roster of verified operators across 48 states. Every operator has passed insurance, DOT, and business-registration checks. Directory rank factors ongoing customer ratings, job completion rate, and service-area responsiveness, so the network continuously selects for quality.

No. Road Rescue Network is an independent operating platform. We aren't a motor club, a lead broker, or a dispatch outsourcing service. Operators and fleets can choose to use Road Rescue Network alongside or instead of the existing networks they work with. It's their call.
