Application, verification, your directory listing, the phone number we assign you, and every lead are all free, and you are never charged a dispatch fee — on network jobs the customer pays that. If you decide to run your own operation on our software, that side is usage-based: 25 cents a call, 20 cents an AI phone minute, and the full rate card is on the pricing page. No membership, no monthly fee, no signup fee, no commitment.

No. The directory listing is free and independent, and the CRM, dispatch app, and bidding tools are free to switch on as well. Many operators start with just the directory and add modules as they scale up, and adding one does not add a bill.
Your call. Many operators run Road Rescue Network alongside their existing lead services for the first few months, then drop lead services once the platform is bringing in enough work on its own. Some operators keep specific lead services for niche coverage areas. No requirement either way.
You connect your own Stripe account during onboarding. Customer payments route directly to your bank next business day. Road Rescue Network never holds operator revenue. We don't take a cut of your customer charges and we don't mark up your rates. Your pricing is your pricing.
Yes. Multi-class operators list all classes on one account. Multi-location operators (multiple yards or terminals) get a parent operator account with per-location subaccounts and permissions. Enterprise operators get custom setup during onboarding.
No. There is no contract anywhere on the platform, because there is nothing recurring to contract for. You are billed only on metered usage as it happens. If the platform stops earning its keep for your operation, you stop using it and the billing stops with it. That is the model.
The platform tracks insurance and DOT expiration dates from your documentation. You get advance reminders before anything lapses. If your paperwork expires and is not renewed, your listing is temporarily suspended until current docs are on file. Ongoing verification is part of how the network stays clean.
