Why drivers pick the network

Real outcomes, not promises.

One call.

One dispatch number covers every roadside service we run. No menu trees, no hand-offs to a different department for a different problem. Tell the dispatcher what's wrong and we figure out the path.

One quote.

The rate you hear on the phone is the rate on the receipt. No fuel surcharges added at the door, no after-hours penalties dropped on you, no padding for the tow truck's drive home. The price is the price.

One record.

Live ETA, photos at arrival, a chat thread with the rescuer, and a receipt formatted for your insurance carrier. Everything from the call to the close stays in one place, on your phone, for as long as you need it.

Automotive FAQ

Common questions before you dial.

Drivers of passenger vehicles — cars, SUVs, crossovers, minivans, and light-duty pickups up to 10,000 lbs. If you drive a commercial truck, semi, RV, or piece of heavy equipment, our heavy-duty side of the network handles those — call the same number and dispatch routes accordingly.

ETA depends on where you are and the time of day. In and around major cities, the typical roadside response is 30 to 60 minutes. In rural areas the window is longer, often 60 to 90 minutes. The dispatcher gives you a real ETA before they confirm the rescuer, and the rescuer's live ETA updates throughout the run.

Whichever solves the problem fastest. A rescuer trained in mobile auto repair can often resolve roadside issues on the spot — a battery, a flat, a fuel filler, a small sensor problem. If the vehicle needs a shop, the same rescuer can switch the call to a tow without you having to make a second phone call.

Yes. EV and hybrid owners can get mobile assistance for tires, lockouts, low charge (within reason — we can move you to a charger or to a flatbed for a longer-range tow), and most of the same incidents that affect any other passenger vehicle. We won't pour gas in an EV, but we'll get it to a charging station or your home.

Pricing depends on the service, the vehicle, and your location. The dispatcher quotes you the rate before the rescuer rolls. There are no surprise charges and no add-ons after the work is done — what we tell you on the phone is what shows on the receipt. If you have a fleet account or membership, those rates apply automatically.

Road Rescue Network covers the United States nationwide, with deeper density in the lower 48. Major metros and interstate corridors are covered around the clock. Remote rural areas are covered, but ETA and pricing reflect the longer drive time. If you're outside the U.S., call the dispatcher and they'll point you to a partner network.

Often, yes. Most major insurance carriers reimburse for roadside assistance and towing under standard policies. The dispatcher gives you a receipt formatted for insurance reimbursement, and we can also bill the carrier directly when they have an established relationship with the network. Ask the dispatcher when you call.

We charge for the service after it's complete, never in advance. You authorize the charge when you accept the rescuer's quote. We don't store cards for future use unless you opt into a membership or a fleet account that's set up that way.
