The #1 Vendor program puts your listing first in directory searches within about a 15-mile radius of your physical location, for the service category you select. Placement is won through a transparent daily bidding system. Any paid advertiser in good standing can participate.

How we verify
Every advertiser on the directory has confirmed commercial insurance, valid DOT authority where required, and a documented business registration. Verification happens at signup and is refreshed annually. Listings tied to a corporate headquarters are confirmed directly with the parent business.
How we expand
The verified-operator network grows through direct operator signups and dedicated outreach to qualified businesses in under-covered corridors. Every new listing is reviewed before it is indexed. We do not purchase or sell lists; operator information belongs to the operator.
Three-strike rule
Every customer complaint is logged against the advertiser's file. When a complaint is reviewed and found to have merit, it is recorded. Three merited complaints result in permanent removal from the directory, with a prorated refund for any unused advertising term. Quality is not negotiable.

All advertising plans run annually. Pricing is per category per service area for a twelve-month term. Renewals happen at the end of the term with first-right-of-refusal given to existing advertisers. Upgrades and downgrades can happen mid-term with prorated billing.

Placement is won through a daily bidding system. The highest bid holds the top spot and is charged the bid amount per day, billed weekly.
Bids start at $1 per day in markets with low competition. In saturated metros, daily bids can run higher as operators compete for the top slot. You set your own daily cap; when you are outbid, your listing drops back to its normal priority placement, but you are not charged above your cap. Any paid advertiser in good standing can participate.
If a competitor places a higher bid, they take the #1 spot and pay their bid rate. You drop to the next highest advertiser's position and continue paying only your bid rate for any day you held the spot. You can raise your bid from the advertiser dashboard at any time to reclaim the top slot.
Every customer can report a poor experience or file a complaint from their account. Complaints are logged against the advertiser's file and reviewed by our support team. When a complaint is found to have merit, it is recorded. After three merited complaints, the advertiser is permanently removed from the directory and any paid placements are refunded for the unused portion of the term. Quality standards are not negotiable.
Your business contact information is used to verify your listing and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell, rent, or share advertiser information with third parties. We do not publish personal zip code or personal contact information on public pages to discourage mailing-list and phone solicitation.
Create a free operator account, submit your verification documents (commercial insurance, DOT authority where applicable, business registration), and choose your advertising plan from the operator dashboard. Most advertisers are live within 48 hours of submitting. Graphic setup for your listing is included with every paid plan.
Annual plans can be paused for up to 30 days per term at no charge. Cancellations mid-term refund the unused portion of the annual plan. Daily #1 Vendor bids can be paused or resumed from the advertiser dashboard at any time with no penalty.
