Walton, KY.

Walton sits on I-71/I-75 in southern Boone County at the point where the two interstates run together, and it is the last real service stop southbound before the Cincinnati metro thins out. The Richwood interchange just north of town is a genuine truck-stop and distribution cluster: Love's #468 at the I-71/75 Exit 175 interchange is one of the highest-volume service origins in the Northern Kentucky corridor. Walton is where drivers park, fuel, do their pre-trip and discover the problem they will call about.

Walton's call volume comes from the parking lot as much as the highway. Drivers stop at the Richwood interchange to fuel and rest, and the first call of the morning is usually somebody who found a flat, a leak or a no-start during a pre-trip that would have been a shoulder call two hours later.
