The things operators ask before they join.
None. There is no membership, no subscription, no plan, and no tier. Road Rescue Network does not bill you for having an account, for staying listed, or for logging in. The only charges that exist are the metered ones published on this page, and each one requires you to actually use something.
They are gone. Road Rescue Network used to sell month-to-month software plans, and that pricing was retired on September 12, 2026 in favor of pure pay-as-you-go. Nothing on the platform is sold as a recurring plan any more. If you are on an older arrangement, contact us and we will move you onto usage pricing.
The dispatch fee is a platform fee on a completed job, and it is separate from the service rate you charge. You set your own rates. We do not mark up what you charge your customer, we do not take a cut of your service revenue, and we do not sell your leads to anybody.
The service type does. Heavy tow, recovery and winch-outs, mobile truck, trailer and reefer repair, hydraulic hoses, mobile welding, equipment hauling, and incident management all bill at the heavy-duty rate. Lockouts, jump starts, fuel delivery, tire changes on passenger vehicles, and light towing bill at the light-duty rate. Where a service type is ambiguous the platform charges the lower light-duty fee.
Two separate meters, because they are two different costs. Phone minutes bill at a flat 30 cents per connected minute for the voice side. The reasoning your AI workers do bills by usage, per million tokens, against what they actually processed. A worker that sat idle all month bills nothing on either meter.
You can see every metered event on your account as it happens, and you can set caps. There is no reserved capacity to overrun, no overage rate that is different from the published rate, and no automatic upgrade to a bigger plan, because there are no plans. What you use at the rates above is the whole bill.
No to both. There is no term, no minimum spend, no annual commitment, and no cancellation fee. Your data, your customer history, your reviews, and your call recordings export at any time without a support ticket.
If a published rate changes we will say so on this page and give notice before it applies. Because nothing here auto-renews, a rate change never silently locks you into anything.
