Independent Contractor Agreement – Road Rescue Network, LLC

By submitting this application, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions. I fully understand that if accepted, I will be engaged as an independent contractor with Road Rescue Network, LLC. I am not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Road Rescue Network, LLC, and nothing in this agreement creates an employer–employee relationship, joint venture, or partnership of any kind. As an independent contractor, I am solely responsible for my own business operations, including all taxes, insurance, licensing, permits, equipment, and expenses required to provide services.

Insurance and Compliance Requirements
I agree that I must, at my own expense and at all times, maintain valid and active automobile liability insurance meeting or exceeding state minimum requirements, commercial automobile insurance when using my vehicle for business purposes, and general liability insurance covering bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury claims. I further agree to maintain any additional insurance required by law in the jurisdiction where I operate. Proof of active insurance must be provided to Road Rescue Network, LLC upon request. Failure to maintain valid insurance or provide proof of coverage will result in immediate removal from the platform. Road Rescue Network, LLC does not provide or cover any insurance for contractors or vehicles, and I assume full financial responsibility for all accidents, losses, or damages.

Vehicle and Equipment Responsibility
I am solely responsible for the condition, legality, and safe operation of my vehicle, tools, and equipment. I will comply with all traffic laws, safety standards, and industry best practices at all times. Road Rescue Network, LLC does not inspect, certify, or maintain any contractor’s equipment and assumes no responsibility for their use.

Rate Disclosure, Conduct, and Service Standards
Road Rescue Network, LLC charges all customers a dispatch fee directly. Contractors are strictly prohibited from charging customers any dispatch fee, call-out fee, or any additional unauthorized charges that are not published in their agreement and publicly displayed on their profile. All service rates must be fully disclosed and listed on the contractor’s Road Rescue Network, LLC profile and must accurately reflect the total price customers will pay. Any changes to prices must be reviewed and cleared by Road Rescue Network, LLC prior to implementation. Hidden or undisclosed fees are grounds for immediate termination and may result in legal action. Contractors must maintain acceptable performance and customer review standards to remain active on the platform. Consistently poor ratings, customer complaints, or unprofessional behavior may result in suspension or permanent removal. Road Rescue Network, LLC reserves the absolute right to remove or deactivate any contractor at any time, for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice.

Liability and Release
I hereby knowingly and voluntarily release, waive, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Road Rescue Network, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, and successors from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind, including attorney’s fees, whether arising from my acts, errors, omissions, negligence, equipment, vehicle, tools, failure to comply with laws or insurance requirements, injuries to myself or others, property damage, losses sustained by customers or third parties, or claims brought by insurers, government agencies, or any other entity. This release is intended to be as broad and comprehensive as legally permissible and applies even to claims of negligence, except where prohibited by law.

Background Checks, Payments, and Data Use
I authorize Road Rescue Network, LLC to conduct background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug or alcohol testing as a condition of participation. I release Road Rescue Network, LLC and its representatives from any liability related to the collection, review, or use of such information. Payments are issued only for successfully completed jobs in accordance with Road Rescue Network, LLC’s policies. I am solely responsible for reporting and paying all required income and self-employment taxes. Road Rescue Network, LLC does not withhold or remit taxes on my behalf. I agree that Road Rescue Network, LLC may collect, store, and use my submitted information, documents, and images for purposes of verifying eligibility, monitoring compliance, and managing contractor relationships. My data will not be sold but may be disclosed to third parties where necessary to comply with legal requirements.

Termination and Final Acknowledgment
Road Rescue Network, LLC reserves the unrestricted right to deny, suspend, or terminate my participation at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. I confirm that I have read this agreement in full, that I understand its terms, and that I accept it freely and voluntarily. I understand that my acceptance constitutes the legal equivalent of my handwritten signature and that this agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to seek legal advice before agreeing.
