User Generated Content & Feedback Policy

1. Road Rescue Network's Role Regarding User Generated Content & Feedback

Road Rescue Network (“RRN,” “we,” “our”) provides a platform for customers and rescuers to share reviews, ratings, photos, and other content. RRN is not the publisher of UGC. While we may, at our discretion, review, edit, or remove UGC, we are not obligated to do so. We may remove or disable UGC/feedback that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, other policies, or applicable laws.

RRN does not endorse UGC or feedback. By submitting content, you grant RRN the right to display and use it in connection with the Service.

2. License to UGC & Feedback

Content remains your property, but by submitting it you grant RRN a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such content across all platforms and marketing channels, without notice, consent, or payment.

3. Representations and Warranties

By submitting UGC or feedback, you confirm that:

• You are the rightful owner or have rights to share the content.
• The content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.
• Your content is respectful, relevant, and not misleading.
• You will not suggest endorsement by RRN unless explicitly authorized.

4. Prohibited Content & Feedback

The following is not allowed:

• Profanity, harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory remarks
• False or misleading reviews or fabricated feedback
• Personal attacks, defamatory remarks, or unverified accusations
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent claims
• Posting another person’s private information without consent
• Impersonating another individual or RRN staff
• Promoting off-platform services, competitors, or unrelated businesses

5. Feedback Standards

• Ratings should reflect actual service experience, not personal bias.
• Discriminatory or retaliatory ratings are prohibited (see Non-Discrimination Policy).
• Multiple accounts may not be used to manipulate ratings or feedback.
• Reviews may be removed if found to be fraudulent, irrelevant, or abusive.
• RRN reserves the right to adjust rating systems and remove outlier feedback that violates these standards.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Road Rescue Network, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors against any claims or damages resulting from your UGC or feedback. This survives termination of your account.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent deactivation. Severe violations may result in immediate action without notice.
