Verified rescuers on call

Breakdown coverage is not the same thing as a service area on a map. What matters when a tractor is on the shoulder is whether somebody with the right gear is close enough to reach it before the driver runs out of hours. Across Alabama we hold coverage in 109 cities spanning 53 counties and 65 metro areas, which is what lets dispatch route the nearest verified rescuer rather than the only one answering.

The anchor markets are Huntsville, Birmingham, and Montgomery. Each carries its own corridor detail, local breakdown patterns, and the rescuers actually on call there.

Huntsville is the aerospace and defense freight pivot of the Tennessee Valley, one of the fastest-growing metros in the southeastern United States. NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, Redstone Arsenal, the Cummings Research Park technology cluster, and the new Mazda-Toyota Manufacturing assembly plant generate constant outbound flatbed, oversize-load, and security-cleared freight, while the I-65 / US-72 corridor moves general freight between Birmingham, Memphis, and Nashville through this metro.

Freight through Alabama is generated in large part by NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, Redstone Arsenal (US Army Materiel Command), Mazda-Toyota Manufacturing, Boeing Huntsville, Northrop Grumman Huntsville, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama (TMMAL), Mercedes-Benz US International (Vance, AL), U.S. Steel (Fairfield Works), Honda Manufacturing of Alabama (Lincoln), Regions Financial (HQ), Amazon BHM1 Fulfillment Center, and UAB Medical Center (logistics + supply chain). Fleets serving operations at that scale do not measure a breakdown in hours, they measure it in missed docks, which is the standard our response times are held to.
