Verified rescuers on call

Breakdown coverage is not the same thing as a service area on a map. What matters when a tractor is on the shoulder is whether somebody with the right gear is close enough to reach it before the driver runs out of hours. Across Arizona we hold coverage in 84 cities spanning 15 counties and 25 metro areas, which is what lets dispatch route the nearest verified rescuer rather than the only one answering.

The anchor markets are Phoenix, Tucson, and Mesa. Each carries its own corridor detail, local breakdown patterns, and the rescuers actually on call there.

Phoenix sits at the I-10 / I-17 / Loop 101 / Loop 202 freight axis, the largest interstate convergence in the Mountain West and a critical relay between the Port of Long Beach and the Texas/Mexico border. The Sky Harbor cargo gateway, the Goodyear/Glendale fulfillment-center belt, and a 5+ million population makes Greater Phoenix one of the fastest-growing freight markets in the country, and 110°F+ summer heat makes it one of the hardest on equipment.

Freight through Arizona is generated in large part by Amazon (PHX1, PHX3, PHX5, PHX7: 8+ FCs in metro), Honeywell Aerospace (Deer Valley HQ), Banner Health (statewide HQ), Intel (Chandler / Ocotillo fab), TSMC (North Phoenix fab, under construction), Walmart Distribution (Buckeye DC), Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Raytheon Missiles & Defense (Tucson), University of Arizona, Banner UMC Health, Caterpillar (Tucson Mining HQ), and Amazon TUS1 Fulfillment Center. Fleets serving operations at that scale do not measure a breakdown in hours, they measure it in missed docks, which is the standard our response times are held to.
