Verified rescuers on call

Breakdown coverage is not the same thing as a service area on a map. What matters when a tractor is on the shoulder is whether somebody with the right gear is close enough to reach it before the driver runs out of hours. Across Georgia we hold coverage in 147 cities spanning 82 counties and 93 metro areas, which is what lets dispatch route the nearest verified rescuer rather than the only one answering.

The anchor markets are Atlanta, Columbus, and Augusta. Each carries its own corridor detail, local breakdown patterns, and the rescuers actually on call there.

Atlanta is the freight capital of the southeast: Hartsfield-Jackson is the world's busiest passenger airport and a top-10 air-cargo hub, the I-285 perimeter ring is one of the densest urban truck loops in the United States, and three interstates (I-20, I-75, I-85) converge at the Downtown Connector. More tractor-trailers per hour move through Fulton and Cobb counties than in most state economies combined.

Freight through Georgia is generated in large part by Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport (ATL), Delta Air Lines + Delta Cargo, UPS (multiple ATL hubs), The Home Depot (HQ + DCs), Coca-Cola Company, Amazon (multiple FCs across metro), Georgia-Pacific, Fort Moore (US Army, formerly Fort Benning), Aflac Insurance (HQ), Synovus Financial Corp (HQ), TSYS / Global Payments, and Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital. Fleets serving operations at that scale do not measure a breakdown in hours, they measure it in missed docks, which is the standard our response times are held to.
