Breakdown coverage is not the same thing as a service area on a map. What matters when a tractor is on the shoulder is whether somebody with the right gear is close enough to reach it before the driver runs out of hours. Across Washington we hold coverage in 96 cities spanning 30 counties and 42 metro areas, which is what lets dispatch route the nearest verified rescuer rather than the only one answering.

The anchor markets are Seattle, Spokane, and Tacoma. Each carries its own corridor detail, local breakdown patterns, and the rescuers actually on call there.

Seattle anchors the I-5 Cascadia freight corridor and the Ports of Seattle and Tacoma (the Northwest Seaport Alliance), the fifth-largest container gateway in North America. SeaTac airfreight, the Boeing supply chain, and the Snoqualmie Pass and Stevens Pass mountain crossings make Greater Seattle one of the most weather-and-grade-challenged freight environments on the West Coast.

Freight through Washington is generated in large part by Amazon (Seattle HQ + multiple FCs), Boeing (Everett 747/777/787 plant + Renton 737), Microsoft (Redmond HQ), Costco (Issaquah HQ + Tukwila DC), Northwest Seaport Alliance (Port of Seattle + Tacoma), Starbucks (HQ + roasting plants), Amazon Spokane (BFI4), Costco Wholesale (regional DC), BNSF Railway (Yardley), URM Stores (regional grocery DC), Triumph Composite Systems, and Kaiser Aluminum (Trentwood). Fleets serving operations at that scale do not measure a breakdown in hours, they measure it in missed docks, which is the standard our response times are held to.
