Verified rescuers on call

Breakdown coverage is not the same thing as a service area on a map. What matters when a tractor is on the shoulder is whether somebody with the right gear is close enough to reach it before the driver runs out of hours. Across Indiana we hold coverage in 132 cities spanning 60 counties and 73 metro areas, which is what lets dispatch route the nearest verified rescuer rather than the only one answering.

The anchor markets are Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Evansville. Each carries its own corridor detail, local breakdown patterns, and the rescuers actually on call there.

Indianapolis sits at the crossroads of I-65, I-70, and I-69 inside the I-465 beltway, the densest interstate convergence in the Midwest. The FedEx Express hub at IND is the carrier's second-largest US sortation facility, and the Plainfield distribution corridor along I-70 west moves billions of pounds annually for Amazon, Walmart, and Target.

Freight through Indiana is generated in large part by FedEx Express Hub (IND), Amazon (IND1, IND9, multiple FCs), Eli Lilly, Cummins (Columbus + Indy ops), Rolls-Royce (Indianapolis), Subaru of Indiana (Lafayette feed), Amazon (Cross-Dock and Fulfillment operations), UNFI Distribution Center, Wilers Fleet Service & Truck Repair, General Motors (manufacturing legacy), U.S. Postal Service distribution hub, and TJX Companies regional operations. Fleets serving operations at that scale do not measure a breakdown in hours, they measure it in missed docks, which is the standard our response times are held to.
