Verified rescuers on call

Breakdown coverage is not the same thing as a service area on a map. What matters when a tractor is on the shoulder is whether somebody with the right gear is close enough to reach it before the driver runs out of hours. Across Massachusetts we hold coverage in 70 cities spanning 12 counties and 29 metro areas, which is what lets dispatch route the nearest verified rescuer rather than the only one answering.

The anchor markets are Boston, Worcester, and Springfield. Each carries its own corridor detail, local breakdown patterns, and the rescuers actually on call there.

Boston anchors I-90 (the Mass Pike) at its eastern terminus, the I-93 spine through the Big Dig tunnel network, and the Conley Container Terminal at the Port of Boston. Logan Airport is New England's primary cargo gateway, and Greater Boston's biotech / pharma freight density (Cambridge, Kendall Square, the 128 corridor) makes for tightly-scheduled, high-value loads where breakdown response times directly hit timed-delivery contracts.

Freight through Massachusetts is generated in large part by Logan Airport cargo (FedEx, UPS, DHL), Conley Container Terminal (Massport), Sysco Boston (Plympton DC), Massachusetts General Hospital / MGB logistics, Moderna (Cambridge / Norwood), Roche Bros / Stop & Shop (Readville DC), CSX Worcester intermodal terminal, UMass Memorial Health (logistics + medical fleet), Polar Beverages (Worcester HQ + DC), Saint-Gobain Abrasives (North America HQ), Reliant Medical Group (regional fleet), and Hanover Insurance Group (corporate fleet). Fleets serving operations at that scale do not measure a breakdown in hours, they measure it in missed docks, which is the standard our response times are held to.
